About Us
We work to make work better.
Our mission is to create delightful software that helps people advance their careers, teams achieve their goals faster, and companies retain their top performers.
A feedback-driven culture
Work.com combines social software with performance management to help managers and teams learn faster and perform better. Companies have been automating their various functions for years; we thought it was time to bring HR and performance management into the mix.
Our Work.com team has held senior roles at some of the world’s most respected technology companies. We’ve combined our experiences to create a product that capitalizes on the positive practices—and eliminates the negatives.
How do we know? Because we rely on it internally, too. We have regular 1:1 meetings. We thank people for great work. We offer constructive feedback all the time. And we always complete our quarterly performance summaries.
Work.com has helped our own team perform, appreciate, retain, and advance. We know it can do the same for yours.
