Users of Jive Social Business Software can now enable Rypple’s feedback, coaching and recognition software as part of an integrated experience on the Jive platform.
Jive, the recognized leader in social business software, provides a platform that combines the best features of collaboration software, community software, and social media monitoring to extend a layer of social capabilities across every level of the enterprise. In a recent interview with Robert Scoble, Jive announced the creation of their new app store, where they’ve “created a way for social applications like Rypple to be made available to their customers in a safe reliable fashion”.
To activate Rypple, Jive users simply visit the Jive Apps Marketplace and install the Rypple application. Once enabled, Jive users benefit from an integrated experience that provides seamless access to Rypple capabilties, and publishes some of the key Rypple actions to the Jive Activity Stream.
For example, if a Jive user wants to publicly recognize the achievement of one of their colleagues in a meaningful way, they can use Rypple to give thanks, attach a badge that symbolizes the achievement being recognized, and publish to the Jive Activity Stream. This recognition is then visible in the company’s Jive Activity Stream, so co-workers can stay up to date with accomplishments, provide their own feedback, and reinforce a feedback culture. This recognition is also captured in one place within Rypple, so employees can build a meaningful record of their accomplishments.
“We are now realizing the vision of the social enterprise. With this partnership, we get to make our products immediately available to the large Jive user base, Jive enhances the value of their platform, and users get a more powerful solution.” said Stephen DeBacco, EVP Strategic Alliances at Rypple. “Together, we are transforming the way work gets done in a meaningful way. Employees are focused and engaged. Teams stay on track. Companies win.”
